Region layout surfaces within a RegionSection. Regions intentionally provide no default surface padding; Region gaps separate siblings rather than inset content from the owning Section boundary. The authored class field adds theme-owned semantic modifiers to qp-region; relativeWidth and newRow continue to control normal layout.
